About These Terms

aikuari.com is the website of AI Quarry, a product of VYROX INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD (Company Registration No. 201201039321, TIN C22988575060, SST Registration No. W24-1808-32000222), A-16-05, The Vertical Business Suite Tower A, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ("VYROX", "we"). These terms apply to this website and to the AI Quarry software service. Using either means you accept them. Where a customer has a signed proposal or agreement with VYROX, that document prevails if it differs from these terms.

Information on the Website

We aim to keep content accurate, but it is general information and not a contract, offer or warranty. Some features shown may be planned or delivered as part of a project. Features, availability, pricing and scope are agreed in writing for each customer.

Accounts

• You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details private.
• The account owner is responsible for the users it invites, their roles and their actions in the account.
• Tell us promptly at ai@vyrox.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Free trials may be limited in time or features and may end without notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, the service or other customers' data.
• Do not upload or send unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
• Do not resell, copy or reverse engineer the service, or reuse site content and images commercially, without our written permission.

Your Data

The customer owns the data from its own sites and devices. VYROX processes it to provide, support, secure and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Monitoring Is Not a Safety System

AI Quarry helps teams see readings, receive alerts and produce reports. It depends on power, networks, sensors and third-party services, and readings or alerts can be delayed or missed. It does not replace plant safety systems, statutory inspections, qualified judgement or a customer's own compliance duties. AI answers and summaries can be wrong and should be checked before you act on them.

Service Changes and Availability

We improve the service over time and may change or retire features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service unless a written agreement says so. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.

Intellectual Property

The software, content, design and images belong to VYROX or its licensors. Equipment, protocol and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VYROX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on general website information. Any liability under a customer agreement is limited as set out in that agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
