A single-use install code registers your server, then the installer sets up the system and its own broker.
Gateways join your VPN, pair with your server and read your plant.
Updates arrive signed and on your schedule, and your Admins are told if one fails or rolls back.
It is AiKuari IoT installed on a server for one company, instead of on the shared VYROX cloud. Your readings, users, files and chats are held on that server, under your own domain and brand. VYROX installs it, keeps it updated and supports it under a subscription.
Status metadata only: licence state, software versions, gateway names and online state, plan counts and server health. Readings, users, files and chats are never included. Diagnostics bundles hold redacted logs and settings, and leave only after your Owner or Admin presses Approve and Send. An undecided bundle expires after 24 hours.
While your subscription is active, VYROX has full maintenance access to your server and gateways: a break-glass Platform Admin account, SSH, signed commands and Remote Terminal. VYROX staff can see your data only by signing in to your server, and the data stays there. Every VYROX action shows in your audit log, and all VYROX access closes automatically if the subscription is suspended, expires or is cancelled.
No. The server needs outbound access to VYROX for its licence, status and updates, and your router opens only TCP 443 and UDP 3478. MQTT, SSH and the database are never exposed to the internet; they listen on the VPN only.
The platform runs on your server. Ask AI and screen reading use a cloud AI model through your company's own Claude key or Bridge, never a VYROX key, so that request goes to the AI provider. Tell us your policy and we will set these features up to match it.
The server keeps running and your data stays on it. Updates, VYROX support, VYROX access and new gateway pairing stop until you renew.
Yes, in either direction. An Edition Switch moves your company in a package, then checks counts, checksums, sign-in, a test alert and the readings window. Your people keep the same email and password.
No software can do that alone, because compliance also depends on your own policies. Private Edition supports it: the data stays on your server, access is limited by role, and the audit log gives you the record. VYROX itself is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
